After experiencing this three months of internship, I managed to get a better direction for my future. This internship provided me a very unforgettable and rewarding experience that could not be obtained anywhere else. Throughout the internship, I have had gained clearer picture and better understanding on the roles of an accountant in a company. As a fresh graduate who is willing to learn and not afraid of failure, I believe there is more areas in the field of accounting and finance for me to explore. In order to succeed in the future, I will need to put in extra effort to overcome my weaknesses. Furthermore, I have set some short term goals to be achieved before able to achieve my long term goals that I have long for.

 

My short-term plan:-

 

• Learn everything regarding about accounting and finance

• Join clubs to build network with people;

• Pass my degree course with at least CGPA 3.50;

• Attend more workshops and career fairs to plan on my future career;

• Take up new challenges to develop more skills and abilities

 

My long-term plan:-

 

• Taking professional qualification such as ACCA to increase my knowledge of accounting field;

• Passing all my ACCA papers in order to obtain professional title;

• Attending more training sessions so that I can be more familiar with the latest updates in the accounting industry;

• Aiming to achieve the highest position in the company. 

• Start up with my own business
